Meitheal Technology (a business name of Hudson Caponi) ("Meitheal", "we") builds and maintains the Meitheal tool on a non-commercial basis for The Moorings. This notice covers this website and the information you give us directly here, such as a contact message. Contact us at meitheal@meithealtech.ie. The supervisory authority for data protection in Ireland is the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).

The Moorings' own service-charge, ownership, and contact records are held inside its own instance of the tool, not on this website. The OMC (Athlone Court Management CLG), not us, is the data controller for those records, and publishes its own privacy notice inside the app. We handle that data only as its processor, under a data processing arrangement, strictly on the OMC's instructions, and not for any commercial purpose.

Contact requests: the name, email, unit or role, and message you choose to submit through the form on this site.

Basic technical logs (errors, requests) needed to keep the site running and secure.

This site uses only the cookie strictly necessary to remember your language choice. We don't use advertising or third-party analytics cookies.

This website and the Meitheal tool are hosted with Supabase and Vercel (EU region); email is sent via Resend. All are providers we've reviewed for GDPR-appropriate safeguards.

For anything you've sent us directly through this site (a contact message), you can ask us to access, correct, or delete it at any time: meitheal@meithealtech.ie. If you're a member of The Moorings, direct data requests about your own OMC records to the OMC first, since it holds the actual records.
