Meitheal Technology Limited ("Meitheal", "we") builds and operates the Meitheal platform. This notice covers this website and the information you give us directly here, such as a demo request. Contact us at meitheal@meithealtech.ie. The supervisory authority for data protection in Ireland is the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).

If your OMC or management company already uses Meitheal, your own service-charge, ownership, and contact records are held inside that organisation's own instance of the platform, not on this website. That organisation, not us, is the data controller for those records, and publishes its own privacy notice inside the app covering exactly what it holds and why. We process that data as their data processor, under a data processing agreement, strictly on their instructions.

Demo and contact requests: the name, email, company, and message you choose to submit through the forms on this site.

Basic technical logs (errors, requests) needed to keep the service running and secure.

We do not use third-party advertising cookies on this site. See Cookie Preferences for what we do use.

This website and the Meitheal platform are hosted with Supabase and Vercel (EU region); email is sent via Resend. All are providers we've reviewed for GDPR-appropriate safeguards.

For anything you've sent us directly through this site (a demo request, a contact message), you can ask us to access, correct, or delete it at any time: meitheal@meithealtech.ie. If you're a member of an organisation using Meitheal, direct data requests about your own OMC records to that organisation first, since they hold the actual records.
