We take the security of OMC and resident data seriously. If you believe you've found a security vulnerability in the Meitheal platform or this website, please tell us before telling anyone else.

Email meitheal@meithealtech.ie with as much detail as you can: what you found, how to reproduce it, and its potential impact. We'll acknowledge your report and keep you updated as we investigate and fix it.

Give us reasonable time to investigate and fix an issue before disclosing it publicly.

Don't access, modify, or delete data that isn't yours, and don't run automated scanning tools against the live platform without asking first.

We won't pursue legal action against a good-faith report that follows these guidelines.
