Every Meitheal deployment runs on Supabase (Postgres, EU region) and Vercel, with email sent through Resend. We chose EU-region hosting deliberately, so OMC and resident data never has to leave the jurisdiction it was collected in.

Two-factor authentication is available to every account (director, owner, and tenant), with a choice of an authenticator app or a one-time email code. Owner and tenant accounts are read-only by design, scoped to their own unit's records, never anyone else's.

Every insert, edit, and removal across units, owners, and service charges is logged at the database level, with who did it and when. It can't be skipped or edited after the fact.

Today, every Meitheal customer runs on their own dedicated database, not a shared multi-tenant one. Your data isn't sitting in the same table as another OMC's.

Meitheal Technology Limited is a young company. We don't yet hold formal certifications like SOC 2, and we'd rather say so plainly than imply otherwise. What we do have: EU hosting, encryption in transit, database-level audit logging, and a direct line to the person who actually built the platform if something goes wrong.
