These terms cover use of this website (meithealtech.ie) and the sign-in flow at app.meithealtech.ie. If your OMC or management company uses Meitheal to run its own operations, that use is governed by the signed service agreement and data processing agreement between Meitheal Technology Limited and your organisation, not by this page.

Don't attempt to access an account that isn't yours, interfere with the service, or submit false information through the contact or demo-request forms on this site.

This website is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Availability guarantees, support levels, and liability for a specific organisation's use of the Meitheal platform are set out in that organisation's own service agreement, not here.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
